Their names are Legumbre Amigo and Wilbur of Scoville. They were borne from the idea of designating vegetarian items and heat levels on our menu. Then they took on a life of their own and needed names.
Legumbre Amigo loosely translates to “vegetable friend,” which to us means “friend of those who love vegetables.” And Wilbur of Scoville was named after Wilbur Scoville, the creator of the Scoville Scale, which is the official heat index of peppers.
